Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Pulmo Medical Centre, under the guidance of Dr. Bibin Jose, we strive to provide quality care to all our patients. We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. Please review our policy below.

1. Appointment & Fees

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment slot.

2. Cancellations by Patient

Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

How to Cancel: You can cancel by calling us at your respective branch:

Cancellation Charge: If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your booking fee will be refunded, minus a cancellation charge of ₹100.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Late Cancellation: Failure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee (₹500 or ₹400).

No-Show: If you miss an appointment without notifying us, you will forfeit the full booking fee, and a new booking will require a fresh payment.

4. Refunds

Refunds (where applicable, after deducting the ₹100 cancellation charge) will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method via our payment gateway, Razorpay. The timing of the refund credit to your bank account or card is subject to your financial institution's policies.

5. Cancellations by Pulmo Medical Centre

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to a medical emergency or doctor unavailability, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund of the booking fee will be issued, or you may reschedule at no extra cost.
